AXERS SARL Customer Disclaimer Form.

 

This discharge links AXERS SARL (hereafter AXERS) to its customers (hereafter: the customer) wishing to participate in the programs, activities and related events proposed (hereafter: activities).

 

1. The customer certifies that he is over the age of majority and capable of discernment. Under no circumstances will AXERS be held responsible if the customer has omitted or lied about the above items.

2. In the event that the client is a minor 10 years of age or older, the current discharge must be filled and signed by a legal representative. In no case will AXERS be held responsible if the customer presents a false or incomplete statement.

3. The client certifies that he is aware of, and has fully understood, the safety rules, instructions, recommendations, etc. issued by AXERS employees at the beginning of the activity, and is committed to complying with them. The client understands and accepts the risks associated with the activity. He feels that he is physically and mentally fit to participate, and will withdraw from the activity if he does not.

4. In this context, the client hereafter refrains from asserting all current or future claims against AXERS, in particular because of any injury, injury, disability, death, loss, etc. in the course of the activities and the place where they are held, within the bounds of the mandatory standards of Swiss law.

5. 6. The client is informed that photos and/or videos may be taken during the activities. Photos and/or videos can be used with editing. Refusal of this clause can be done orally to a member of staff.

7. The client states that he has read and understood the general terms and conditions of AXERS, which are an integral part of the contract made by the customer, as well as this discharge. This document was signed voluntarily.
